Project Goals
The main target user of RISMA is the Binus QMC (Quality Management Center) Division as administrator and risk coordinator. Other target users are every manager and other stakeholders in 198 Binus departments as risk entry and/or risk approver.
The Challenge
Based on the fact that BINUS University Business Group before the RISMA application, in fulfilling risk governance or in terms of risk management still uses manual spreadsheet application data. There is no governance in information technology services managed by the QMC (Quality Management Center) division.
Solution
The need to fulfill the development of RISMA (Risk Management) BINUS information technology services is a solution to fulfill one of the QMC division's work programs.

Risk Register level university
It is a university level risk management (a collection of all departments) which includes the need to fulfill the writing of risk opportunities and their handling and is managed by risk entry from the QMC division, the designated risk viewer and the risk approver of the Chancellor or a special body appointed by the Chancellor.
