Project Goals
This application is targeted for release and can be used in 2021. The target users of the chatbot application are Mitsubishi customers.
The Challenge
Before the chatbot was used, Mitsubishi customer service was still limited, namely by using live agents. In fact, Mitsubishi customers were quite enthusiastic in terms of searching for information and in submitting complaints to Mitsubishi. With the limited number of live agents, the information conveyed to Mitsubishi customers could not be fully conveyed in real time and quickly
Solution
In meeting the needs of the background of the problems that have been explained, a system is needed that can handle customers in real time. The system in question is Chatbot with the technology used is AI (Artificial intelligence)

The purchase consultation feature allows customers to consult directly with Mitsubishi regarding the Mitsubishi products they are looking for.
Product Information
With this feature, customers will get information about Mitsubishi products in the form of 4-wheeled vehicles.
Test Drive
The test drive feature allows Mitsubishi customers to schedule a test drive booking online.
Register a complaint
This feature allows Mitsubishi customers to register complaints directly on the chatbot application if there are problems with their vehicles or other things they want to ask.
